I was consuming cannabis multiple times a day as well as taking high dose of SSRIs on a daily basis. I decided to try the capsules as an alternative to my antidepressants. As recommended; I stopped taking the SSRI antidepressants while using the capsules and I feel fantastic; way better than I normally do on SSRIs. As an unexpected benefit I no longer feel the need for cannabis dependency. I feel so good on just the capsules alone. I feel like I've been freed from pharmaceuticals and their negative side effect. A little too much for Goldilocks, but almost just right I wish there was an in between rating for Perfect & Good because they are very good, I just tend to be more sensitive, so I'm a bit of a lightweight and these are just a touch too strong for me. I notice the high when it 'clicks' in. Everything gets slightly more magnified visually & colours are more saturated, but damn am I able to focus and get into the groove more when doing chores around the house or doing research for my side hustle. Back in April, I ordered a few different products to try from Mind Mend. I have struggled with mild depression and anxiety my whole life. I am hypersensitive to chemical antidepressants and cannot tolerate the side effects. If you are anxious all the time it makes it very hard to focus. I'm also an artist and it really is wonderful to be in a nice calm mind when I'm drawing. The most difficult thing for me has been not taking the mushroom capsules every single day because I just love how it seems so much easier to get through the day. I would highly recommend micro-dosing mushrooms instead of anti-depressants as I was on anti-depressants years ago and went off of them 6 months later as they made me feel so weird. The mushrooms do much better at keeping me calm and focused.

I take 1 dose, Monday-Friday, and I am just about to finish my first bottle. For the long term effects while not dosing: I used to really struggle with rumination - a thought would pop into my mind and play on repeat for a while before I would even notice it happening, which would leave me feeling anxious, angry and depressed. I've used the tinctures and the capsules. They both have their advantages: the tinctures are best for experimenting in dosing, as you can just adjust the liquid imbibed in order to play around with dosing to find what a micro-dose best looks like for you. Therefore, I started there b/c I was unsure if 125 mg would be too much for me and would recommend that newbies try tinctures first.Turns out, 125 to 250 mg works perfectly for me, so my second order was for capsules, which are obviously easier to dose (and no weird after-taste). I continue to use them at least 3x per week (at least one day on, two days off, sometimes more if I'm going through something particularly difficult), as I've not yet found any treatments for what ails me (ADHD, depression, anxiety) that work THIS well and do not have any drawbacks/hangovers, etc. Yes, alcohol and weed can calm my nerves if need be, but can make my anxiety or depression flare up during use or the day after. For one or two days after mushroom use, I just feel content. Also important to note: I continue to take my stimulants for ADHD daily, and I haven't noticed any bad interactions with mushrooms.If you find yourself suffering more and feeling disconnected, with all the crap going on in the world and post-covid, and you want to get back to feeling positive and like you're more connect to the world, you really can't afford to pass up trying micro-dosing.
